LTC6946IUFD-2#TRPBF Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape and Reel method. As part of the QFN package, this clock generator is embedded. Clock is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 4.91GHz is available. A 28 pin is available on the PLL. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. The RF synthesizer can still operate at 105°C with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3.3V for high efficiency. The frequency synthesizer features 1 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. There can be no voltage higher than 3.45V when powering this frequency generator. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3.15V.
