High reliability is achieved with advanced RF mixer' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The mixer RF is conveniently packaged in QFN, making it easy to ship internationally.If the supply current is operated in the range of 180mA or higher, it will provide its performance.With 16 pins, the RF mix is designed.There should be 105°C more than 105°C degrees Celsius in the RF mixer.There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 3V for this RF mix.
