RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 16 terminations integrated.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
