LTC2656IUFD-H12#TRPBF Overview
This package is included in the QFN EP package and is available for purchase. 5V volts power it. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. This FPGA model is contained in Tape and Reel for space saving. As a whole, it has 20 terminations. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. There is a 3/5V power supply that is required to operate it. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 85°C. Over -40°C, the operating temperature should be higher. The device has a total of 20 pins on it. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be supplied to it. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it can operate.
