LTC2656CCFE-L16#PBF Overview
A 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is provided with this component. Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. The Surface Mount-slot connector on the FPGA module can be connected to the development board. The operating temperature should be kept at 0°C~70°C when operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tube in order to conserve space. In total, it has 20 terminations on each end. If you are looking for related parts, you can use the base part number LTC2656 as a starting point. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 20 pins. The maximum supply voltage it supports is 5.5V. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
