LTC2656BIUFD-H16#TRPBF Overview
A QFN EP package is provided with this component. It is designed to maximiTape and Reele space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape and Reel. There are 20 pins on this device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. The maximal operating temperature of this module reaches 85°C. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. Using 2.7V as the minimum supply voltage, it can operate.
