LTC2656BCUFD-L16#TRPBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: QFN EP package and X package. Using the Tape and Reel layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In this case, 20 pins are used in the design. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. This module can reach a maximum operating temperature of 70°C when operating at its maximum power. 0°C should be higher than the operating temperature. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be supplied to it. A minimal supply voltage of 2.7V is required for it to operate.
