LTC2642ACDD-16#PBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. Supply voltage is 3V volts. A Other Converters-series FPGA part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within 0°C~70°C when the device is operating. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tube for the purpose of saving space. 10 terminations are present in total. For related parts, use its base part number LTC2642. In this case, 10 pins are used in the design. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. Power is provided by a 3/5V battery that is included with the device. With a total of 10 pins, it is equipped with a high level of security. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. A minimal supply voltage of 2.7V is required for it to operate.
