LTC2635HMSE-HMI8#PBF Overview
This package is included in the SOP package and is available for purchase. In order to make it work, 10 pins have been designed. I think, as long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could perform excellently according to its specifications as long as you mount it in Surface Mount. In the case of 5V supply voltage, designers can take full advantage of its flexibility. In this module, 125°C is the maximum operating temperature at which it can operate. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.5V, it will work.
