LTC2635CMSE-HMI8#TRPBF Overview


There are two packages that contain it: MSOP package and X package. It is designed to maximiTape and Reele space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape and Reel. It is designed with 10 pins. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it could work fantastically according to its specifications. With a 5V supply voltage, designers can fully utili5Ve the flexibility of the device. This module can reach a maximum operating temperature of 70°C when operating at its maximum power. There should be a temperature difference between 0°C and the operating temperature. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 5.5V. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.5V, it will work.
