LTC2634IUD-LZ12#TRPBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: QFN package and X package. Using the Tape & Reel (TR) layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. In order to make it work, 16 pins have been designed. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 85°C. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended.
