LTC2634IUD-LMI8#TRPBF Overview
A QFN EP package contains it, and it is available for download. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tape and Reel. This cable has 16 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C for this module. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
