A MSOP package is provided with this component. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape and Reel in order to conserve space. This cable has 10 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. Its flexibility can be fully utili5Ved when operating with a 5V supply voltage. There is a maximum operating temperature of 85°C for this module. It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 5.5V. With a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V, it can operate.
