LTC2634HUD-LMX8#TRPBF Overview
In the QFN EP package, you will find it. It is designed to maximiTape and Reele space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape and Reel. The device is designed with 16 pins in total. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. As a result of the design of this module, the maximum operating temperature reaches 125°C. Over -40°C, the operating temperature should be higher. It can take a maximum of 5.5V as the supply voltage. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 2.7V.
