LTC2634HUD-HMX12#TRPBF Overview
A QFN EP package is provided with this component. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape and Reel in order to conserve space. It has a total of 16 pins that are designed for it. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. The 5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 125°C. -40°C should be higher than the operating temperature. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. With a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V, it is able to function.
