A QFN EP package is provided with this component. It is designed to maximiTape and Reele space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape and Reel. It has a total of 16 pins that are designed for it. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. When operating with the supply voltage of 5V, designers can fully make use of its flexibility. There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C for this module. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C and the operating temperature. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 4.5V, it is able to work properly.
