This package is included in the MSOP package and is available for purchase. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the sake of space saving. In this case, 10 pins are used in the design. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C for this module. In order to achieve -40°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -40°C.
