LTC2634HMSE-LMI12#TRPBF Overview
It is supplied in the MSOP package. This FPGA model is contained in Tape and Reel for space saving. In order to make it work, 10 pins have been designed. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 125°C. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. The unit is capable of working with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
