LTC2634HMSE-LMI10#TRPBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: MSOP package and X package. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Tape and Reel for the sake of space saving. In this case, there are 10 pins on the board. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. In this module, 125°C is the maximum operating temperature at which it can operate. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it is able to function.
