LTC2634HMSE-HMX12#TRPBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: MSOP package and X package. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape and Reel for the purpose of saving space. It is designed with 10 pins. In order for this FPGA to work properly in accordance with its specifications, it is necessary that it is mounted in Surface Mount. Design engineers can fully take advantage of its flexibility when operating at 5V supply voltage. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 125°C. In order to achieve -40°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -40°C. A maximum supply voltage of 5.5V can be applied to this product. With a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V, it can operate.
