A MSOP package is provided with this component. It is designed to maximiTape and Reele space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape and Reel. This cable has 10 pins and is designed to connect to a computer. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utili5Ve its flexibility. This module can reach a maximum operating temperature of 125°C when operating at its maximum power. Over -40°C should be the operating temperature. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V that is supported by this product. A minimal supply voltage of 4.5V is required for it to operate.
