LTC2634CUD-LMI8#TRPBF Overview
In the package QFN EP, this product is provided. Using the Tape and Reel layout, this FPGA model can be contained in a very small amount of space. The device has 16 pins which are included in the design. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. There is a maximum operating temperature of 70°C for this module. There should be a temperature difference between 0°C and the operating temperature. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V.
