LTC2634CMSE-LMX8#PBF Overview
It is supplied in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the 0°C~70°C range at all times when the unit is in use. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. Its base part number LTC2634 can be used to find parts that are related to it. In order to make it work, 10 pins have been designed. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. There are a total of 10 pins on this device. A maximum supply voltage of 5.5V can be applied to this product. Using 2.7V as the minimum supply voltage, it can operate.
