There is a TSOT package that includes this component. It is designed to maximiCut Tapee space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Cut Tape. There are 8 pins on this device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C for this module. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. A minimal supply voltage of 2.7V is required for it to operate.
