LTC2630ISC6-LM8#TRMPBF Overview
In the package SC, this product is provided. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Cut Tape for the sake of space saving. The device is designed with 6 pins in total. It is possible for this FPGA to perform as per its specifications as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount direction. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 85°C. Over -40°C, the operating temperature should be higher. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, it can operate.
