LTC2620CUFD#TRPBF Overview
As part of the QFN EP package, it is included. 20 pins are designed into the device. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.5V, it is able to function.
