LTC2610CUFD#TRPBF Overview
A QFN EP package is provided with this component. It has a total of 20 pins that are designed for it. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. A maximum operating temperature of 70°C can be reached by this module. It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than 0°C. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. The device can function at a minimum voltage of 2.5V.
