LTC2607IDE-1#PBF Overview


There are two packages that contain it: 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. By attaching the Surface Mount connector, you can use this FPGA module with your development board. It is necessary to keep the operating temperature within -40°C~85°C when the device is operating. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tube. Its base part number LTC2607 can be used to find parts that are related to it. In this case, 12 pins are used in the design. According to its specifications, this FPGA will be able to work fantastically as long as it is mounted in Surface Mount. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 85°C. It is recommended that the operating temperature be higher than -40°C. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. A minimal supply voltage of 2.7V is required for it to operate. Its supplier package is called 12-DFN (4x3).
