LTC1590CS#PBF Overview
There are two packages that contain it: SOIC package and X package. It is designed to maximiBulke space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Bulk. In this case, 16 pins are used in the design. Providing the FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount as per the specifications of the IC, then it should work perfectly according to its specifications. In the case of 5V supply voltage, designers can take full advantage of its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 70°C. In order to achieve 0°C, the operating temperature must be higher than 0°C. The maximum supply voltage it can take is 5.5V. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.5V, it will work.
