LP875620RNFRQ1 Overview


Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. There are 26 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 26-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 4 outputs. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount, Wettable Flank-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2MHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.8V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 16A output current of voltage regulator. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 5.5V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 3.7V is provided. This DC/DC regulator belongs to the LP875620 family. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 1V volts. On the basis of 3.36V's maximal output voltage, DC DC switching regulator can be operated easily. A type of DC-DC switching regulator, belonging to the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family of voltage regulators, is what we are describing here.
