The LMZM23600 integrated inductor module is designed for space-constrained industrial applications and offers fixed output voltage options of 5V and 3.3V and an adjustable (ADJ) output voltage option from 2.5V to 15V. The LMZM23600 supports an input voltage range of 4V to 36V and can deliver up to 500mA of output current. The power module is extremely simple to use, requiring only 2 external components for 5V or 3.3V output designs. All aspects of the LMZM23600 are optimized for space-constrained, performance-driven low-EMI industrial applications. The open-drain power-good output provides a true indication of system status without the need for additional monitoring components, saving cost and board space. Seamless transitions between PWM and PFM modes and a no-load supply current of only 30µA ensure high efficiency and excellent transient response over the entire load current range.
