LMX2582RHAR Overview


20MHz~5.5GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The package of this RF modulator is Tape & Reel (TR).A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.There are 40 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 40-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
