Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 32 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input.
