The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 36-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 36 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
