A frequency of 1065MHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package contains this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 28 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.A 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -30°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
