The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be Clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 14GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator.
