LMX2485QSQX/NOPB Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, Clock is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 3.1GHz maximum. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
