LMX2470SLEX/NOPB Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 24-UFQFN package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V.
