LMX2430SLEX/NOPB Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-UFLGA package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 2.5V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility.
