LMX2370SLBX Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 24-TFQFN, CSP package includes this clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 2.5GHz 1.2GHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Approximately 5.5V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.7V for safety considerations. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~5.5V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -40°C~85°C, which is -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS logic.
