LMX2316TM Overview


The Rail/Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the TSSOP package. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There are a number of 16 pins that are available on the clock generators. In addition to having an impressive low-temperature performance, this clock device can perform -40°C operations simultaneously. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C. The supply voltage should be maintained at 3V for high efficiency. 1 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. There is no point in supplying this frequency generator with a voltage higher than 5.5V. Powered by 2.3V, this clock generator has the lowest supply voltage limit. At a frequency of 1.2GHz, the system can achieve high efficiency. Analog ICs are classified as PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
