There is a case option of 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad available for this clock divider. A Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package it. In it, there are 8 terminations. Supply voltages of 2.7V allow for high efficiency. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. There is a classification of Buffer/Driver for this electronic part. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C in order to ensure reliable performance. With a 2.4V~5VV power source, it should work. In this case, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount.
