LMK05028RGCT Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. There are 64 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.465V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3.135V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 750MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
