LMK05028RGCR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.465V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
