In order to package it as a clock IC, the Cut Tape (CT) package is used. The 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input.
