As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations.
