LMK04805BISQX/NOPB Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations.
