LMK04610RTQR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 56 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
