Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1.08GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 3.15V~3.45V available for use with this clock PLL.
