Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 48 terminations can be found in frequency generators.
