LMK04102SQX/NOPB Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
